Mr. Walker will present a paper entitled, “Comments and Proposed Guidance on the IRS’ Revocation or Denial of Passport in Case of Certain Unpaid Taxes under Internal Revenue Code Section 7345”. The Delegation will meet with the Internal Revenue Service, Department of the Treasury, Joint Committee on Taxation, United States Tax Court, and Committee on Ways and Means.
